I am too! Believe me! I wouldn't worry about the one guy though. You tried your best with his film, and it took him four months to even get it to you. And, it broke two of your projectors. He has to realize that transferral process is not as easy as he thinks. Anyway, good luck with finding a job. I am in your court even though at times it may not seem like it.
